– Completion quality monitoring, cost control and schedule analysis.
– Specification conformity relating both systems and the cabin interior with in-depth quality management.
– Quality gate reviews and earned value management.
– Engineering, production and installation supervision; oversight of bench testing (onsite / offsite).
– Certification monitoring until STC issuance.
