Managing the detailed design process.
We work hand-in hand with your chosen Completion Center and Interior Designer, if appointed, to ensure that your aircraft’s cabin interior and systems are defined to our exacting standards in terms of quality, functionality and maintainability.
– Technical and detailed design package co-ordination with the Completion Center, Interior Designer and Client.
– Management of changes to the initial configuration and specification.
– Independent project status monitoring and reporting.
– Technical, systems and design evolution and risk management.
– Management of R&D items.
– Management of mock-ups (mock-up parts or full-scale interior mock-ups).
– End client representation in all major Upfront Meetings, such as Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Review and Final Design Review.
